We are located at 248 on the second floor of Tejkumar Plaza. It’s right on T.N. Road in Lucknow, which is a fairly busy part of the city. The building is one of those older plazas that has a lot of character but maybe needs a bit of maintenance here and there. Our office is a simple one without any big signs or flashy lights. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about their property. Being in the middle of Lucknow means it is easy for people to find us, but the parking situation outside can be a real headache during the peak hours. We usually suggest people park a bit further away and walk over if they can. We spend a lot of time going through land records and looking at property papers to make sure everything is legal and correct. It’s a lot of reading and checking details. The fans in the office are always on because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the building windows. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Most of the people who come to our office heard about us from a friend or a relative. We like it that way. It’s more personal and less like a cold business deal. We know the city well and have seen it grow over the years. There are always new projects starting up nearby.
