Dream Success Inframart Private Limited is over at Flat No. A 2 on the second floor of Azmi Villa. This is located at 7 Way Lane in Sikandrabagh. We are very close to Krishi Bhawan and Jopling Road. It’s more of an apartment-style office than a commercial building. You have to come up to the second floor to find us. Inside, there are mostly files, maps, and desks for our staff. We work on various infrastructure and real estate matters. Being near Krishi Bhawan is quite convenient for some of our paperwork. The lane is usually a bit quieter than the main Jopling Road, which is nice. We spend our time looking at property documents and talking to people about land and buildings. It’s not a flashy office with glass walls. We have regular fans and wooden desks. There’s usually someone drinking tea and discussing a layout or a contract. Azmi Villa is an older building, so it has a bit of character. We are right in the heart of the city, but tucked away enough to get some work done. People come by to discuss their projects or check on some documents. We don’t do a lot of advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the area around Sikandrabagh. It’s a steady, everyday kind of office where we manage the local property business.
