Humsafar Group

Humsafar Group is located near the Axis Bank, right by Humsafar Tours in the Sarsawan area of Arjun Ganj. It is a spot that is always moving because of all the people planning their travels. We have a small office where we deal with bus bookings and car rentals for different trips. There are always maps and schedules pinned to the walls, though some of them are a bit out of date now. Usually, there is a phone ringing or someone sitting on the blue plastic chairs waiting for their ride to arrive. It can get a bit chaotic when a large group is trying to leave and someone has lost their ticket. We just try to keep things calm and get everyone where they need to go. The area around Arjun Ganj is pretty lively, and being near the bank means there is always a lot of foot traffic. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on the vehicles to make sure they are ready for the road. Sometimes we have to stay late because a bus is delayed or a customer is arriving in the middle of the night. We do not mind much, as that is just the nature of the travel business. There is a small tea stall just outside where we usually go when we need a break. We have been here long enough that we know all the regulars who commute through here.
