Nayyar Group

Nayyar Group is based out in Mohanlalganj, specifically over in the Eldeco II area. We are located near New Jail Road, which is a landmark most people in the area recognize. Our setup is fairly simple. We have an office where we manage our various projects and keep everything running as smoothly as possible. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like the space we have out here. It’s a bit quieter, which helps when you’re trying to focus on numbers and plans. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with fancy magazines. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see one of us working at a desk or talking on the phone. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and have seen how much it’s changed over the years. We handle a variety of things, but it all comes down to basic management and staying on top of our responsibilities. Some days we are out in the field more than we are in the office. It just depends on what needs doing at the time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We’re just a local group trying to do a decent job every day. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. The office stays pretty busy, but we always have time for a quick chat if someone drops by with a question about the local area or just wants to say hello.
