Our place is at Shop Number 82 in Vibhuti Khand, which is over in the Gomti Nagar area. We are quite close to Sahara Bazar, so there is always something going on nearby. It’s a decent-sized shop where we handle all the business for Aaypee Greens Infratech. Most of the time, we are either sitting here talking to people about new projects or we are out at the sites making sure things are moving along. Gomti Nagar has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a place for people to sit down and talk. We don't use those scripted sales pitches you hear from the big firms. We just tell people what we know about the land and the buildings. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and tea cups, but that's just a sign that we’re working. We deal with a lot of different people, from folks looking for a small plot to those interested in bigger developments. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the local community here near the bazar. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our shop right there among the others. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things sound better than they really are. It is just a normal office run by regular people who know the city.
