We are located on the second floor of the Universal Complex in Lalbagh. It’s Shop Number 7, so you have to come up the stairs and look for us there. The building is quite close to Noor Manzil Hospital, which is a big landmark around here. Lalbagh is always full of cars and people, so it can be a bit of a struggle to find parking sometimes. Our office is a small room where we keep all the travel documents and our computers. It's usually a bit quiet up here on the second floor compared to the street below, which is nice when we are trying to focus. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to customers who come up to see us. The office doesn't have much decoration, just the essentials for running the business. There’s a window that looks out towards the hospital side, but there isn't much of a view. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the bookings one by one. The building is a bit old, and the hallways can be dark, but everyone knows where we are. We've been at this spot for a good while now. It's a decent place to work and the neighbors in the other shops are friendly enough. We just stay busy and keep things moving. Most of our day is just paperwork and phone calls.
