We are located at Shop No 2 on Sitapur Road in the Khadra area. You can easily find us because we are right near the big water tank. Sitapur Road is always busy with trucks and buses going back and forth, so there is a lot of dust and noise, but that is just part of being here. The shop is small and sits right on the edge of the road. We have a simple counter and a few chairs. Most of our work involves helping people with their travel plans, whether they are going nearby or further away. Since we are in Khadra, we get a lot of locals who walk over from the nearby lanes. It is a very grounded kind of place. We do not have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that works hard all day. We keep a stash of cold water in a clay pot for anyone who stops by. We have been here for quite a while now and we have seen the road get wider and busier over time. The water tank is a good landmark for people who are not from around here. We start our day early before the sun gets too high. It is a lot of routine work—filling forms, checking dates, and talking to customers about their trips. We do not use any fancy systems, just our computers and a few notebooks. It is a plain, reliable local business. We like the people here and the way things move.
