We are located right on Valmiki Marg inside the Universal Complex. Our office is up on the first floor. It is easy to find if you are near Noor Manzil in the Lalbagh area of Lucknow. We spend most of our days sitting here with the phone ringing and people walking in to ask about train tickets or passport forms. Sometimes the fan in the corner gets a bit noisy but we are used to it by now. The desks are usually covered in files because there is always something to do. We have been in this spot for quite a while so most of the neighbors know us. The 226001 zip code is a busy place and there is always traffic outside on the street. People come up the stairs and we try to help them with whatever travel stuff they need. It isn't a fancy place with expensive furniture or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few computers, and us working. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork to finish before the next day. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open but that is just how it is in this part of town. If you look for the Noor Manzil landmark you will see our building right there. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure people have what they need for their trips.
