Aromatic Tourism

Aromatic Tourism is based over at 499/25 on Ramadhin Singh Road in the Daliganj area. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, which makes it a very easy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The office is just a simple space where we handle all our tourism work. Lucknow 226007 is where we live and work, so we know the local people pretty well. Most days start with us opening up the shutters and dusting off the desks before the first customers arrive. We handle a lot of bookings for people who want to visit religious sites or just take a break from the city heat. There isn’t anything too formal about how we run things. We just talk to people, figure out where they want to go, and see what we can arrange with the transport guys we know. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to read the paper. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. It’s a lot of work dealing with cancellations or changing dates, but we just take it as it comes. We try to be straight with everyone about what things cost and how long the journey will take. People appreciate that we don't try to sell them things they don't need. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the community.
