We are located over at E-12 Arif Chamber 2 in the Kapoorthala area of Lucknow. It's right near Shahara India Bhawan, which most people know well. Our days are mostly spent sitting at desks, looking at flight schedules and trying to make sense of all the different timings. It’s not a very big place, just a regular office where we handle travel bookings for people who walk in or call us up. Sometimes the phones ring constantly and other times it’s quiet enough to actually have a cup of tea in peace. We’ve been around this part of Lucknow for quite some time now. Most of our work involves checking routes and prices for folks who want to fly somewhere. We don't really have a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just look at the screen and tell you what’s available. The office gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside in Kapoorthala, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. People come to us when they are planning a trip and need someone to handle the paperwork or the online stuff they don't want to deal with themselves. It's honest work. We stay open during the usual hours and try to keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that, just a local spot helping out with air travel needs when someone stops by and says hello.
