24.7 Hari Kripa

Our place is Shop No-3 on Puraniya Road, right here in Aliganj. If you see the Bank of Patiala, you are pretty much there since we are quite close to it. It’s a decent spot in a part of Lucknow that always seems to be moving. We have been running things from this small shop for a while. The name says 24.7, and while we do try to stay on top of things as much as possible, we are still just regular people. Usually, there is someone here or at least available to deal with whatever comes up. It’s not a polished office with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we get work done. We see a lot of local faces coming in every day. Most of the time we are just sorting out requests and making sure everything is running like it should. It can get a bit hectic when the road gets busy outside. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy advertising. People just know where we are and what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working at the desk. There is always something that needs fixing or a customer who needs an answer right away. It’s a simple life running a shop like this, but it keeps us busy from morning until late. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward without making a big deal out of it.
