It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the different sites we have going on. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has got some old desks and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. We don't see the point in spending a lot of money on a fancy office when most of the real work happens out in the dirt. We know the other people in the building pretty well. It’s a friendly place. Lucknow is a city that is growing fast, so there is always a new project to look at. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people talking to each other. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes there are delays because of the rain or the materials not showing up, but we just deal with it. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just a group of people who know how to put buildings together and we enjoy seeing a project reach the end. It takes patience to do this kind of work, but we have plenty of that for our clients.
