Yoshita Buildcon Private Limited is located at Plot No. 12 in the Mallpur area. We are pretty close to the gas godown off Campwell Road in Rajajipuram. If you have lived in Lucknow for a bit, you probably know the spot already. It is a decent enough area to work out of. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate nonsense you see sometimes with the bigger firms. Our day starts pretty early, usually well before the sun is fully up, so we can get to the sites and check on the progress before the heat hits. The office at KN-172/2 is where we handle the boring stuff like permits and accounts. It is definitely not a showroom. It has just got some desks, a lot of paper, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every morning. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of the people we work for found out about us because they saw a house we built or heard from a friend. That is usually enough for us to keep busy. Building in Uttar Pradesh means dealing with a lot of heat, so we try to get the heavy work done before it gets too late in the afternoon. We have a small crew and we have worked together for a long time. It feels more like a family than a company most days. We just want to keep doing what we are doing and maybe help build a few more things in Rajajipuram.
