Wesain Developers Private Limited is out in Anoop Khera, near Post-Mati in Sarojaninagar. We are a bit on the outskirts of Lucknow, which actually works well for the kind of development work we do. There is a lot of open space and new projects starting up in this part of the city. Our office is where we get together to plan out our next steps. We are a small team of developers who just enjoy the process of building. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a practical space with a few desks and a lot of maps. Most of our time is spent on-site anyway, checking on foundations and walls. We deal with all the usual stuff like getting permits and managing the workforce. It can be a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like seeing things grow from the ground up. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we’ve built in Sarojaninagar before. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. If a project is going to take longer, we just say so. It’s an honest way to do business. We’ve been in the Anoop Khera area for a while and we know the land well. It’s a good place for a development company to be based. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There is always a lot of chatter and tea drinking at the office.
