Old Mahanagar is a place with a lot of history, and we like being part of the local scene here. We are not a large company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small, dedicated team that focuses on residential building projects. Our office at Yadav Bhawan is usually quite busy with people coming in to talk about their home plans or to settle bills. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a mission statement on the wall. We just try to do the work as best as we can. Building a house is a lot of effort and involves managing many different people, from the bricklayers to the electricians. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we have learned how to handle it over the years. We prefer to speak plainly with our clients so there are no surprises later on.
