We are based out of House Number 25 in Rianboe City, which is part of Faridi Nagar in the Indira Nagar area. It is a residential-style office, so it does not feel like those cold buildings downtown. Vistacity Developers is a name we came up with because we wanted to focus on how this city is growing. We have been working in development for a few years. It is a lot of meetings with planners and walking around muddy sites. Sometimes we come back to the office with boots covered in dirt. Indira Nagar is a good place to be, and there is everything you need nearby. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job on the projects we take on. Our staff is mostly people who grew up around here. We know the shortcuts and the local shops. The office at Rianboe City is where we do all the thinking and planning. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have all the blueprints out on the tables. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to get things done. There is always some new regulation or a delay we did not expect, but that is just how this line of work is. We just keep plugging away at it.
