Vishesh Coloniser Private Limited

We’ve got our office at 589Kha/504 in Subhash Nagar, which is in the Telibagh part of Lucknow. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Vishesh Coloniser Private Limited is the name on the registration, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a local business trying to make things work. We deal with land and layouts, which means we spend a lot of time looking at parcels and trying to figure out the best way to set them up. The office isn’t anything special to look at. We have a few old wooden desks and some maps pinned to the walls. It smells like paper and sometimes the incense from the shop next door. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and fancy presentations. We’d rather just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through things. People in Telibagh know where to find us if they need help with property matters. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local offices and making sure all the marks on the maps are in the right place. It can be a bit slow sometimes, but we prefer to get the details right rather than rush through. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and we plan on staying right here at our Subhash Nagar spot for a while longer.
