Vishen Builders is over at 9C/235 in Vrindavan Yojna, on Raibarelly Road. It’s an area that’s seeing a lot of new houses and buildings go up. We decided to set up here to be in the middle of all that activity. We aren't a fancy firm with a high-rise office. Our space on Raibarelly Road is where we handle the paperwork and meet with the guys who do the actual building. Construction is a messy business. There’s always something that doesn't go quite right, like a late delivery of sand or a machine breaking down. We just fix it and keep going. We don't have a mission statement or a set of corporate values we talk about. We just want to finish the work so the owners can move in. It takes a lot of different people to make a building happen—masons, carpenters, and planners. We try to keep everyone on the same page. The traffic on Raibarelly Road can be a nightmare for getting materials to the site, but we've learned to work around the busiest times. We’ve been part of the Lucknow building scene for a while now. We just do our work and go home. We aren't looking for awards or big recognition. We just like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real structure. Vishen Builders is just a small local company doing its part in Vrindavan Yojna. That's really all there is to it.
