Vinayarpan Infra Ventures is set up at 3/138 in Vinamra Khand, Lucknow. This is a pretty well-known part of town, and we’ve been here at this address for some time now. Our office is a basic setup where we handle all our infrastructure work and project planning. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular place in a regular street where we can get our work done. We spend a lot of time looking over site plans and dealing with the daily admin that comes with infra ventures. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers or the legal side of things. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write big speeches for us. We just talk to our clients like normal people and try to help them with their construction or land needs. Most of the people who work here are from around Lucknow, so we understand how things move in this city. We deal with the heat, the traffic, and the paperwork just like everyone else. We don't pretend to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the projects we have and making sure the work is finished eventually. If you walk into our office, you’ll likely see us busy with drawings or on the phone with a site manager. That’s just our daily life, and we are quite alright with how things are going here.
