We are Vimgir Constructions Private Limited. Our small office sits right at Plot No. 9 and 10 in Samaraj State, which is part of Kaushalpuri Colony. This is over in the Khargapur area of Gomti Nagar here in Lucknow. Dealing with construction projects in Uttar Pradesh is a lot of hard work and long hours. The roads around this part of Lucknow can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day, making it a bit of a trek to get to our sites. We spend most of our time looking at various site plans or dealing with the local workers who help us build. The heat in Lucknow during the summer months makes the outdoor work much harder, especially when we are out on the open plots checking foundations. This specific part of Khargapur has changed quite a bit over the last few years. There are new houses and buildings popping up all over the place now. We mostly just focus on our own projects and try to get the tasks done as they come. It is not always easy. Sometimes the supplies we need arrive late or the monsoon rain stops everything for a few days. We just keep going regardless. People know where to find us in Kaushalpuri Colony if they ever need to sit down and talk about a project. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical, working space for our team.
