Our office is located at 88, Shivam City in Lucknow. The name on the door says Vidyavaridhi Learning Solutions And Consultants Llp. It is a long name for such a small place, but it covers what we do. We mostly deal with learning materials and some consulting on the side. The office is not very big. It has enough room for a few desks and a place to sit and talk with anyone who drops by. Shivam City is a quiet enough area most of the time. We see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working through the daily tasks. We don't have a polished reception area or a coffee machine that makes fancy drinks. We usually just make some tea on a small stove in the back. The work keeps us busy enough. We look at different learning programs and try to figure out how to make them work for people. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the papers, but we find our way through it. We don't do much in terms of advertising. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back or tell others. It’s a straightforward way to operate. We like the routine of being here in Lucknow and just getting the work finished. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just do the paperwork and go home.
