We are over at 1079 Akashwani Road in the Ashiana area. It’s Rahul Kumar’s place, and we use part of it for our infrastructure work. It’s not a typical office with a sign outside or anything fancy. It’s more of a home base where we plan out the road work and other projects we have going on. Patna is a busy place, and Akashwani Road always has cars and bikes zooming past. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, dealing with mud and heavy machinery. The office is mostly for keeping the registers and the blueprints dry. When the monsoon hits, everything slows down and we spend more time inside drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop. We don't have a big team of managers. It's just a few of us who know how to get the work done. We handle the labor, the materials, and the constant back-and-forth with the suppliers. Sometimes the stone chips we ordered aren't the right size, so we have to send them back and wait another day. It's a lot of small problems that we solve as they come up. We don't have a website or fancy brochures. If someone needs infrastructure work done, they usually just hear about us through someone else in the neighborhood or drop by the house. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is in front of us.
