Vidhsa Promoters And Developers Private Limited is based at 2A/63B, LIG, in the Avas Vikas-1 area. We are a small team that focuses on promoting and developing local properties. Avas Vikas-1 is a pretty standard residential colony, and we fit right in. We aren't some huge firm from the big city. We are local people who understand the land and the buildings around here. Most of our work involves finding good spots for development and then seeing the project through from start to finish. It’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of time spent talking to people in the community. We don't have a polished pitch or any fancy marketing materials. This is just a simple business where we try to do decent work and earn a living. Sometimes the projects take longer than we want, but we stay with them until they’re done. Our office is easy to find if you’re in the LIG section of the colony. We’ve been around for a while and we know how the local system works. It’s just practical, everyday work for us. We don't spend much time on the internet or worrying about our "brand." We’d rather be out on a site or meeting with someone about a new piece of land. It’s just who we are and what we do every day.
