Our office at 647B/B-016 isn't anything spectacular to look at, but it’s where we get everything organized for our construction and development jobs. Jankipuram Garden has a nice feel to it, and we enjoy being part of the local scene here. Every morning, we unlock the gate, get the fans going, and start going through the list of tasks for the day. There is always a lot to keep track of when you are dealing with developers and construction crews. We don’t use any fancy management software or anything too complicated. We mostly rely on notebooks, whiteboards, and a lot of talking to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we operate. We like the fact that we can just walk out the door and be in the middle of a residential area. It reminds us of what we are building for. We aren't some distant corporation; we are just people from Lucknow trying to do a good job with the projects we have been given. There are good days and bad days, like with any business, but we just keep showing up at Jankipuram Garden and doing our bit.
