Vbd Infra Developers Private Limited is located over in Vijai Nagar, specifically at house number 27 in Nilmatha, Lucknow. It’s basically a local operation run out of the neighborhood. We share the space with Ram Narayan Choudhry, so it’s got a very family-run feel to it. Lucknow is a big city, but Nilmatha feels like its own little world sometimes. We focus on developing land and infrastructure, which sounds a bit grander than it actually feels day-to-day. Most of our time is spent out in the sun, looking at plots and figuring out where the drains should go. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us looking over a map or arguing with a supplier about a delivery. We’ve lived and worked in Lucknow for years, so we know the soil and the local rules pretty well. It isn't always smooth sailing. Permits take time, and the weather doesn't always cooperate with our schedules. But we just keep at it. People in Vijai Nagar know us by name, and that matters more to us than having a fancy logo. We just want to build things that work for the people living here. It's a simple business, really. We take on a project, we see it through, and we move on to the next one.
