VAZONE INFRA DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over in Vibhuti Khand, right at D-77 in Gomtinagar. It’s a busy part of Lucknow with all the offices and shops around. Vazone Infra Developers is a small operation, mostly run as an OPC, so it's quite hands-on. We spend most of our days dealing with site visits and contractor schedules. The office in Gomtinagar is where we keep the computers and the maps. It’s not a huge place, just enough room to get the paperwork done and meet with anyone who needs to see us. We focus on infrastructure development, which is always a bit chaotic but we’ve gotten used to the pace. Vibhuti Khand has grown so much lately, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to the local market. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day at a project site and only come back to the office late in the evening to finish up the filing. There’s always a lot of noise from the street, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just a plain door and a workspace that gets the job done. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the local building scene. It’s just plain work, really. Nothing more to it than showing up and making sure things get built correctly. We keep things pretty simple around here for everyone involved.
