Vasvase Infratech Llp is based out of CP 1 in Aarohi Plaza. We are right by the Patrakarpuram crossing in the Vikas Khand part of Gomti Nagar. If you live around Lucknow, you know that crossing is always packed with cars and people going to the shops. It’s a busy spot, but it keeps us on our toes. We handle infrastructure and tech-related projects from this office. It’s a decent space in the plaza where we can spread out our maps and look at the project details without too much noise from the street. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a dedicated group of us trying to make things work. The day usually starts with a lot of tea and going over the schedule for the different sites we are managing. Gomti Nagar is growing so fast, so there is always some kind of work to be done or a new problem to solve with the local developments. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on the practical side of the infrastructure business. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or other issues, but we always try to be straight with people about what’s happening. It’s just how we operate, keeping things simple and focusing on the actual work at hand every single day.
