Our office is up on the 10th floor of Cyber Heights, space number 1011. It’s in Vibhuti Khand, over in the Gomti Nagar part of Lucknow. Vasusthali Landdevelopers is basically us trying to figure out the best way to develop pieces of land around here. Being in Cyber Heights is nice because it’s a central spot, but we aren't really corporate types. Most days we are out looking at plots of dirt or talking to surveyors. Developing land takes a long time and involves a lot of waiting on paperwork. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just buy land, plan it out, and see what can be built there. Lucknow is expanding fast, especially in Gomti Nagar, so there’s always something happening. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings with various people. Our office has a good view, but we aren't in it as much as you'd think. We focus on the practical side of things—measurements, boundaries, and legal bits. It can be a headache, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any marketing tricks. If a piece of land is good, it speaks for itself. We just handle the steps to make it usable for whatever comes next. It’s a straightforward business, even if the regulations make it feel complicated sometimes. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things moving.
