Vasumati Spacedevelopers Private Limited is based out of the Eldeco Corporate Chamber in Vibhooti Khand. We are up on the second floor. Gomtinagar is one of those places that’s always moving, and being in a spot like this means there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been in this office for a while, and it’s a decent place to handle the space development side of things. It’s a professional enough building, but our actual office feels more like a workspace than a showroom. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the numbers add up. Lucknow is growing so fast, especially in this part of town, so there is plenty to keep us busy every single day. We don’t really have a big fancy reception area with someone waiting to give you a brochure. Usually, it’s just us sitting at our desks or out on the field checking on how things are progressing. Vibhooti Khand is a good location because it’s central to a lot of the new stuff being built. We try to keep our operations simple and direct. There isn’t much point in complicating things when you’re just trying to develop spaces for people to use. We have our coffee, we check the emails, and we get to work. It’s a regular job for us, even if the projects we work on are quite large. We just take it as it comes.
