Started this place in Lucknow a while back. We're over at the Amrapalli Sahkari Awas Samiti building on RBL Road. It’s a ground floor office in Block-B, which makes it easy for people to just drop in without climbing stairs. Being in this part of Lucknow, we see a lot of activity every day. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings or talking to people about materials. We deal with the usual stuff that comes with running a construction-focused business. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are out at sites for hours. It’s not always pretty. There’s a lot of dust and paperwork involved in building things. We try to keep things organized at the office, but sometimes the files pile up when we get busy. The staff here is small, just a few of us making sure everything moves along. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Lucknow’s weather can be tough, especially in the summer, but we just keep at it. People know us as a local group from the neighborhood. We handle the technical side of things and the physical labor coordination too. It’s just honest work, really. Nothing too complicated about how we operate. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day’s tasks. That’s pretty much us.
