Our space is full of maps, land surveys, and legal documents because that is what our actual work involves. We spend a lot of our time out on the land, checking boundaries and overseeing how the plots are being laid out. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking to local residents and potential buyers. The work can be quite tiring, especially during the summer months in Uttar Pradesh, but it’s what we know how to do. We try to be as direct as possible with people.
