VAANIKA INFRABUILD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation run out of Flat No. B-4/24 in the Sulabh Awash area of Sector-1, Gomti Nagar Vistar. It's a quiet part of Lucknow, which is nice when you're trying to get paperwork done. We are an OPC, so it's a very personal way of doing business. You aren't dealing with a dozen different departments here. We mostly look at local infrastructure and building needs. Being in Gomti Nagar Vistar means we've seen this side of the city expand incredibly fast. We try to keep up with the changes. Our day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls to vendors and site visits. Since we are based in a residential block, it feels more like a community business than a cold office. We don't have a bunch of fancy brochures or a PR team. We just talk to people and figure out what they need for their construction projects. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials into these newer sectors can be a bit of a puzzle. We've had our fair share of long nights trying to get things lined up for the next morning. It is honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here in 226010, doing our part in the building trade and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the growth and dust.
