Our business is based out of Janta Vihar Colony in the NTPC Phase 2 part of Ashiana. It’s the home of Nilam and Upendra Tiwari. We don't have a big office in a commercial complex. We just use a few rooms here to manage our infra development projects. It's a quiet neighborhood until the trucks start coming in. Ashiana is a big area, and there is always some kind of construction going on. We handle a lot of the heavy work that people don't really see, like foundations and local infrastructure. The office is filled with blueprints and stacks of invoices from the material suppliers. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to track down where the sand went or why the bricks haven't arrived. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend our days in the dust and the heat, making sure the workers have what they need to keep moving. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, so we try to get the loud stuff done early. We don't have a website or a sales team. If someone needs work done, they usually just come to the house and talk to us directly. It’s a very simple, local way of doing business. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay on top of the details. Most of the time, our boots are covered in mud from the various sites.
