Usha Technobuild Llp

We run Usha Technobuild Llp from our place in Gomti Nagar, specifically at CP-3/10 in Vijyant Khand. Lucknow is a big city and Gomti Nagar is a busy area to be in, so there is always something going on around us. We focus on the technical side of building things. It’s a lot of planning and making sure the engineering part of a project actually makes sense. We aren't the kind of people who sit around in suits all day. Most of the time, we are looking at blueprints or visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. It gets quite loud and messy sometimes, but that’s just the nature of construction and tech work. We’ve had this office for a bit now and it suits us fine. People stop by to discuss their plans, and we try to give them a straight answer about what can be done. We don't like to overpromise things because building projects always have unexpected turns. Sometimes a shipment is late or the weather doesn't cooperate, and you just have to deal with it. We just focus on getting the job done right so the building lasts. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here in Vijyant Khand. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that work for the people who use them. It's a simple enough way to make a living.
