URBANROOF CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED

You’ll find our office at Shop No-204 in Shopping Square-1, over in Sector-D of Sushant Golf City. It’s a nice enough location, right above some other shops, so there is always a bit of foot traffic and activity around. We call ourselves URBANROOF CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN PRIVATE LIMITED because we handle both the building part and the planning part. Our shop is where we keep all the design books and the computer where we do the drawings. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for us to meet and figure out the next steps for a project. Working in Sushant Golf City means we are right in the middle of a lot of new growth. We spend plenty of time walking over to different sites or driving around the sector to check on things. Sometimes we’re at the shop late at night finishing up a design, and other times we’re out in the sun all day. It’s a mix of office work and field work that keeps us on our toes. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We like to keep things informal and direct. If there’s a problem on a site, we go fix it. If a design needs changing, we change it. It’s just how we operate, and we think that works best for everyone involved.
