URBAN CAP PROJECTS LLP operates out of Flat No 101 in Block B of Jugal S Emerald Court. This is on Jopling Road in Lucknow, which is a pretty central location. Being on the first floor makes it easy for us to get in and out when we are heading to different project sites around the city. The flat is our main office where we handle all the planning and the legal stuff. Lucknow is a big city and it’s growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere. We spend a lot of time in meetings or looking at computer screens. The office is pretty functional; we have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area to make tea. It’s not flashy at all. Most of the people who work here have lived in Lucknow for a long time, so we know how things work in this city. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. We just do the work and let that speak for us. Sometimes the traffic on Jopling Road is a nightmare, so we have to plan our site visits carefully. We just want to get our projects finished without too many delays. If we aren't in the office, we are probably out at a site checking on the foundation or the brickwork. It’s just regular work for us every day.
