Sometimes we sit around the table and just try to figure out how to solve a problem with a specific build. Construction is messy and loud, and that’s what our days look like. We’ve been at this for a while. Lucknow has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to navigate the local rules. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to keep working and pay the bills. If a project comes up, we look at it and see if we can do it. It’s a practical approach. There’s no marketing team here, just us. We do the work ourselves or hire people we know can do it. It’s honest work.
