Unibel Infra (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Vinamra Khand, right at 1/89 in Gomtinagar. It is a one-person company setup, so it is quite small and personal. Being in Lucknow, especially this part of town, means things are always moving and changing. I spend a lot of time looking at plans and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It isn't always easy running everything yourself, but it keeps things simple for the clients. They know exactly who they are talking to every time they call. My office is basically where all the paperwork gets sorted out between site visits. I decided to start this because I wanted to see things built the right way in our neighborhood. There are plenty of challenges with logistics and permits in 226010, but I have lived here long enough to figure most of it out. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors, while others are spent on the ground checking on progress. It is a lot of work for one person, but I enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a drawing to something real. I do not use big words or fancy brochures. I just show people what I can do.
