We are an LLP, so it’s a small group of us managing everything. We do a lot of work related to local development. We don't use big words or have long meetings about things that don't matter. We just look at the site plans and figure out how many trucks we need. Sometimes the weather in Lucknow makes the work stop, but we just pick it up again the next day. It is practical work for practical people. Most of us have been in this line for years. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best materials for a fair price. Our office at Haiwat Mau Mawaiya is where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but it works for the kind of work we do. We like it quiet so we can focus. Being close to the hospital means there is always traffic, but it also means we are easy to find. It is not a complicated business model, just hard work and showing up on time.
