We are over at Plot No.270R28/423 in Basant Vihar, right across from the Reliance office. It’s a busy little area in Lalbag Ramna. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. Most days are spent dealing with land plots and all the paperwork that comes with it. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of folders. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. People usually find us because they know the area or saw us while going to the Reliance office. We handle promoters' work, which mostly means we try to get things moving on different pieces of land. It’s not always easy, especially when the regulations change or the weather gets bad and nobody wants to go out to the sites. We have a small group of people here. Most of us have lived around here our whole lives, so we know the local streets and the people. We aren't trying to be some giant company that does everything. We just focus on what we know. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer stops working, but we manage. If you need to talk about a plot in this part of town, you just walk in. There’s usually someone around to talk to, even if we are busy with files. We like keeping it simple and local without any of that corporate talk you see everywhere. It's just how we do things.
