UBUILD BETTER PRIVATE LIMITED is based right in the Mahmoodabad Estate building at 15 Hazratganj. If you know Lucknow, you know Hazratganj is usually a mess of traffic and people, but we’ve been here for a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s mostly filled with stacks of papers and maps of local sites. We spend our days trying to get building projects moving. Construction is a slow business and there are always hurdles, like getting materials on time or dealing with the weather. We aren’t interested in making flashy sales pitches or using big corporate words that don't mean much. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the office is loud because of the street noise outside, but we manage. People come to see us at Mahmoodabad Estate when they want to talk about a new project or check on an old one. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a wall is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. Lucknow is growing fast and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for better structures. It’s hard work and it’s often dirty, but we like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building. We’re just a local team doing our best in the heart of the city. No big promises, just bricks and mortar and a lot of patience.
