We are set up at Plot Number 46 inside the Reliable Water Compound. It’s right off the Kanpur Road in the Krishna Nagar area of Lucknow. It's an easy place to find once you know where the compound is. Being near the main road helps us get our equipment and staff out to the different sites we manage around the city. Tveeyanksh Constructions is basically just a group of us working on various building projects. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site plans and coffee cups everywhere. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going on the ground. Lucknow is growing fast, so there is always some new project to look at. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. It's more about being on the phone and making sure the trucks arrive at the right time. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the site visits tough, but we manage. We’ve been in this 226023 area for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a busy environment with the traffic from Kanpur Road always in the background. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger structure. There’s no fancy talk here, just regular people working in the construction trade. We try to be honest about timelines even when things get delayed by rain or material shortages. It's just how the business goes for us.
