Tiya Infra Private Limited

Tiya Infra Private Limited is located out in Pursaini village, near the Mohanlal Ganj post office. It is quite a distance from the center of Lucknow, but we actually prefer it that way. The air is a bit cleaner and the whole place is much quieter than the city. Our office is at Ram Chandra Yadav’s house, which is a simple building with a few tables and some benches for guests. We spend our mornings looking over plans and making sure the local labor schedule is on track. Since we are in a village setting, things happen at a slightly slower and more personal pace. Sometimes a neighbor will stop by just to have a quick chat or share some news. We do not have a fancy coffee machine or a kitchen; we just have a small stove where someone makes a pot of tea once or twice a day. The walls are mostly empty, except for a few photos of sites we have worked on over the years. We spend a good amount of our time out in the field, so the office is mostly used for the boring tasks like fixing the payroll or ordering more supplies. We have a couple of old motorbikes parked out front that we use to navigate the narrow village lanes. It is a humble setup, but it works perfectly for what we need to do every day.
