Timo Developers Private Limited is based out of Gauriya Kala in Gosaiganj, specifically at Khasra No-593. Mohanlalganj is where we do most of our running around. It’s a bit more rural than the center of Lucknow, so we deal with different kinds of land and development issues. Our office is more like a hub for all the activity we have going on in the fields and plots nearby. It’s not the kind of place where you need to wear a tie. We’re usually in boots and jeans, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The days are long, especially during the harvest season when the roads get blocked with tractors. We have to plan our deliveries around that. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the country, just the ones who do a good job right here in Gosaiganj. We talk to the local farmers and the people moving into the new houses. It’s a lot of face-to-face work. We don’t use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still written down in notebooks. Things don't always go according to plan, and we’ve had our share of rainy days where everything just stops. But we always get back to it when the sun comes out. It’s just us, working the land and building for the future of this area. There's always plenty of dust and plenty of tea to go around.
