We are located in Vijayant Khand, Gomti Nagar. The office is at CP-3/10. Lucknow has grown so much in the last few years, and being in Gomti Nagar puts us right in the middle of it. We do infrabuilding work. It is a mix of different types of construction. We are not a fancy firm with a huge marketing budget. We mostly just work through word of mouth and local connections. The office is a quiet place where we sit and plan our next steps. We have a small team, and everyone does a bit of everything. There is no strict hierarchy here. We go out to the sites quite often to see how things are progressing. Lucknow weather can be quite unpredictable, so we have to adjust our schedules sometimes. We do not make big promises. We just try to do honest work. We have seen a lot of new buildings come up around us. It is nice to be a part of that change. We deal with all sorts of people, from laborers to government officials. It is a lot of balancing and making sure things stay on track. We do not have a flashy office. Just some desks and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of building. That is our daily routine here in Lucknow. We just keep moving forward with whatever project is on the table.
