Our base is at Plot Number 10, Lal Kothi in the Teji Khera area, right near RDSO in Manaknagar, Lucknow. The pin code here is 226011. Lucknow is a fast-moving city these days, and we’re right in the middle of it with our infrastructure development work. It’s a lot of planning and even more work on the ground to get things moving. We aren't some huge corporation with polished offices in a skyscraper. We’re down here in Manaknagar, close to the actual sites. Most of our day is spent making sure the machinery is working and the crews know what they’re doing for the shift. Infrastructure isn't easy; it takes a lot of time and there are always unexpected problems like broken pipes or delayed deliveries. We don't sugarcoat things. If a job is going to be tough, we say it's going to be tough. We've been around the Lal Kothi area for a while, so we know the local landscape pretty well. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just have projects that need to be completed. We try to be practical and keep things simple. It gets hot and dusty in Lucknow, and the work can be exhausting, but we stick with it until the job is done. We just keep our focus on the Plot 10 office and the sites we are managing.
