Our office is at Plot No. 6-A, right in front of the High Courtfaizabad Road area. Being in Kamta means we see a lot of traffic and people moving through Chinhat all day. We do development work, which basically means a lot of planning and checking on sites. It’s usually loud outside because of the main road. Inside, it’s just us working on blueprints or talking to contractors. We don’t have fancy furniture. Just some chairs and desks that have seen better days. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most people find us because they’re already near the court or passing through the Kamta side. We deal with land and building projects. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. One day we are at the plot, the next we are stuck in the office doing paperwork. We don’t really do big marketing. Most people just hear about Team As Developers Private Limited from someone else. It's a local way of doing things. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. No big words or confusing talk. We just tell you what can be done and how long it might take. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just how construction is. We try to stay on top of the workers and the materials. It’s a regular job for us. We just want to finish the work and move to the next one. That is our life at the office.
