F 001 in Rohtas Pulmeria is where we set up Sv Naturwell Developers Private Limited. This is in the Vibhuti Khand section of Gomti Nagar. It is a decent place to have an office because it is close to everything we need. We do a lot of development work, which means we are always looking for new spots to start a project. The office usually has a few people running around and the phones ringing quite a bit. We don't have a very polished way of doing things. We just try to stay organized and get the work done on time. Gomti Nagar has grown so much since we first started out, and it is interesting to see all the new shops and houses. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits and meeting with different contractors. It can get pretty tiring, especially when the heat is bad, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to keep the business running smoothly and make sure our projects are solid. The office is full of files and old coffee mugs, and it feels like a real place where work happens. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of all the little details that come up. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
