We are located over at Tiraha Bazar Road in Chinhat. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the market gets going. Our office is through the care of Sushil Kumar Choudhry’s place. It’s not hard to find if you know the landmark. We spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with the paperwork that comes with construction and land work. Sushita Constructions And Developers Llp is basically just us trying to make a living in this part of town. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. The roads get busier, and more buildings go up every month. We take on different kinds of projects, nothing too specific, just whatever needs building or developing nearby. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the traffic on Bazar Road, but we are used to it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us and the people we work with. Most of the folks who come to us are locals who know Sushil or have heard about our work through friends. We just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and laborers, but that’s just how the construction business is. We just keep our heads down and work.
