We are based out of KH No. 886 on Sai Data Road in the Sarsawan area of Lucknow. Suryansh Infrabuild is our company, but to most folks around here, we’re just the builders down the road. Lucknow is growing out toward Sarsawan lately, so there is plenty of work to go around. Our setup is pretty basic because we’d rather be on-site than sitting behind a desk all day. We handle a lot of the groundwork and structural stuff that goes into making a building. It's not clean work; we’re usually covered in dirt or cement by lunchtime. We don't use any of those slick marketing slogans you see on TV. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes the weather in Uttar Pradesh doesn't cooperate, especially during the monsoon, and everything gets delayed. We just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. Dealing with labor and materials is a full-time job in itself. We’ve built up some good relationships with local vendors over the years, which helps when we need things in a hurry. We don't promise anything fancy, just a solid job done by people who have been doing this for a while. It’s just how we operate.
